How Bicycle Servicing Works
Every service begins with a service inquiry and bicycle intake. We then carry out a mechanical inspection to understand the condition of the frame, brakes, gears, tyres, and other key parts before any work is approved.
After the inspection, we explain what needs attention and separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance. This keeps the scope clear and helps you decide on the right level of work for your bicycle.

Common services include bicycle safety inspection, standard tune-up, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility is confirmed before anything is ordered.
Once repairs and adjustments are complete, the bicycle goes through a quality check and post-service function check. You receive a service summary at collection, including the completed work and any notes on drivetrain condition or future maintenance.
